JOI CHOI (3/28/20)

BOK CHOY

BOK CHOY

BOK CHOY grows very well here. It likes the cooler weather, and can be grown outdoors in the summer and in the greenhouse the rest of the year. I enjoy a nice stir-fry now and then or just sauteed and served alongside many entrees.

The photos above show the Joi Choi F1 Bok Choy grown in the greenhouse, started 1/27/20 and harvested 3/21/20.
